Penny has written her own program for adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse –“Women of Courage”. This is a two hour - ten weeks course– with only a small group of women. In this course – women have found a place for breaking the silences, understanding family of origin and understanding of the impact of childhood sexual abuse in the here and now relationships. Some of the issues addressed are: behavioural patterns, ambivalence, betrayal, contempt etc. Penny has had a huge feedback of positive statements of women who have completed this course.

Penny has also been involved in running a ten week series on basic microskills. Those who have completed this course have been external students of counselling,  – pastoral workers and those just wanting to be able to communicate, reflect and empathize at a deeper level. This seminar/workshop is great for those wanting to grow in their basic counselling and connection skills.
